240sx Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 240sx. Continued use of the platform indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 240sx platform, you expressly confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform or services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 240sx (the platform). You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this service. 240sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via a notice on the platform, and continued use after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 240sx services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that account details such as your name, phone number, and payment information are correct. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
Account Security
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You are required to keep your password secure and not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- Please log out of any public or shared device after each session.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
240sx reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information, or uses the platform in a way that harms other users or the security of the system. In cases of serious violations, account balances may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 240sx platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to bypass, damage, or interfere with the platform's security systems or technical infrastructure.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, incites hatred, or is fraudulent in nature through the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
240sx reserves the right to take appropriate action, including restricting access, suspending accounts, or reporting to the relevant authorities, in the event of any breach of these rules.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 240sx platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support local payment methods including internet banking via FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Deposit
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed, typically within 1 to 10 minutes depending on the payment method chosen. 240sx is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems or technical disruptions beyond our control.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon identity verification and bank account matching. The name on the bank account must match the name registered on the 240sx account. Withdrawals that do not meet this requirement may be declined or held for further review.
Transaction Limits & Review
240sx reserves the right to set deposit and withdrawal limits, and to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing large transactions. This is a standard security measure to protect users and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
240sx provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, 240sx will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses from betting or gaming activity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 240sx platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and code — is the property of 240sx or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 240sx platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 240sx is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend
240sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially affect user rights, which will be communicated via the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 240sx platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
